Yuei Precision (Huizhou) is located in Zhongkai High-Tech Industrial Development Zone of Huizhou, Guangdong Province. We are a precision fastener manufacturer founded as the subsidiary of Union Seimitsu (Japan) Co., Ltd. in 1995. The second plant was developed with an additional investment of $7.5 million in 2006. Our corporate assets amount to $20.8 million.
We introduce automatic production equipment and ERP software system, and specialize in developing, producing and selling high precision screws, such as hard disk drive screws, self-tapping screws, coated screws, waterproof sealed screws, coated head screws, special purpose screws, precision shafts, pins and other fastening parts. Our annual production capacity is more than 6 billion pieces.
We perform all the manufacturing processes, such as forming, rolling, heat treatment, surface treatment, thread rod and head painting, checking and selecting, EDI ultra-pure water treatment and vacuum packaging in our 100-grade clean room. We are strict with the quality control and timely delivery. So far, we have had more than 20 new-type and practical patents. We are doing our best to make the most precise and cleanest screws in the world.
